My initial visit was to check a problem with my Nissan Quest. After the diagnosis, it was determined that repairing the car was not advisable due to the high cost. From that moment on, Mr. Carlos Quezada offered me the possibility of trading my car in for a new one. He very promptly and attentively explained all the options I had. I felt very confident in the information he provided, which motivated me to close the deal, especially since I don't know much about cars, and I was happy with the car option I was able to choose according to my needs. I don't remember the name of Mr. Carlos's manager, who was very prompt in assisting us. From the moment we returned our car for diagnosis, we were very well served by the entire team; I felt very confident in their work.I want to say that Mr. Carlos Quezada truly did an excellent job.

I was in sales for 26 years. Carlos Quezada REALLY impressed me. He was such a gentleman and very caring for me, his customer. I looked on line about a month ago and the very next day he contacted me. I told him what I was interested in. He immediately sent me ideas. I was unable to get to the dealership due to a family emergency. Carlos in a professional timely manner text or called me. It was such a pleasure to meet him in person.
